I would give the food 5 stars! Super delicious however to get that you will wait. Which leads to slow service. Along with this we were a very large group. Reservations were made for 7 pm party of 25 all of us Expats so we arrive between 6:45 & 7 to find a packed house; Mexican time if you say 7 means anytime before the 8 o'clock hour;however as stated we are from the US, Canada, Australia, the UK etc. meaning 7 pm. We requested & confirmed indoor seating however since we arrived on time they put together tables in the uncovered outdoor area but before they even got the chairs around the table the rain came in a down pour! It then began a hilarious evening of musical chairs. They got us seat by 4 to 5 at tables spread throughout the restaurant so we could order our drinks and as other diners left they shoved tables together and they would reseat us together; in all I was reseated 3 times while some were reseat 4 & 5 times. To try to make up for it they sent out a dessert to our organizer while singing Happy Birthday! Most of us were laughing so hard we had to wipe tears from our eyes. They took orders from some but not all so food came out very staggered, I finally pkace my order after 8 pm and being celiac specifisd it must be lettuce wrapped NO BUN/BREAD on my plate. When it came it was on a bun the waiter realized it was wrong and took it inmediately to the chef. When he returned in 10 minutes i had a freshly prepared lettuce...

I struggled with reviewing Mu Burgerhouse. I really wanted to love this restaurant. The vibe here is the kind that makes you want to come back for more. Candles, outdoor terrace, beautiful glass windows, open air seating, live music. Everything felt right, and I thought this place is going to be great. Unfortunately I was wrong. 1 ⭐️ for the atmosphere 1 ⭐️ for the food taste, barely No stars for service No stars for anything memorable

We were moved mid meal because they had seated us where a band was supposed to go. So they moved us 1 table over. My daughters head was 5 feet from a drum set.

We asked for water 4 times. 4. The 4th time, we asked for our ticket because it never came.

They forgot one of our burgers. Had to rush it. Surprise, it was rare.

They made a cocktail incorrectly. Your gin and tonic contains rosemary. Mine did not.

The water glasses are small shooter glasses. Maybe 2-3oz of water.

The service was horrible. I don’t like to say that but the waiter knew it and didn’t even give me the receipt to sign for a tip. Didn’t even let me… he knew it was bad.

Pretty sure their bread is store bought sesame sourdough buns. Nothing new there.

I want this restaurant to get better. I think the concept and menu are sound but sadly our entire dinner was nothing close...

Beautiful setting and good burgers. However, we must have come on an off night because service was terrible. We made online reservation on a very rainy night. Upon arrival we were notified that our table was not yet available. We understood and patiently waited. Host/manager eagerly made arrangements to find us a table and we were seated. Unfortunately service went downhill from there. We waited a good 15mns before anyone came by our table to ask us for drinks. By then, we were ready to order, and ordered our food with our margaritas AND water. It took about another 15 mns for our margaritas. At that point I asked once more for water. Our food arrived another 10mns later. By then, we had been there about 45mns and still no water. I asked a third person for water, but by the time we were done with our meal, we still had not received water. Manager came by and I kept my cool and asked for water once more. it eventually arrived a few minutes later. at that point we were ready to leave and asked for our check. I had to ask for my check 3 times in 15mns, and waited another 10 for change. 1 1/2 hour for 3 burgers and margaritas is just too long to wait. Food was good, but not so good you can't go somewhere else! I will unfortunately be taking my business...
